Mike Colomb spoke to a highly engaged STFF audience Monday 7/25/2022 via video conferencing. Mike is the founder of TheRenegadeNation.org. His is know for his expertise with private membership associations (PMA’s). He had tried to start a grocery store, but local regulatory requirements for parking and bike paths and more that kept shifting would have cost him over a million. By making his grocery store a PMA instead, something not open to the public but only to those who signed agreements, he was not subject the harassment of local government tyrants and they’ve been thriving.
